Calvert Design Studio in Vancouver BC provides full service interior design and uses a flat fee system based on an accurate understanding of a client’s complete needs. We create a detailed proposal that allows our clients to know upfront what their investment will be.

We only believe in pleasant surprises, not unwelcome ones that come with hidden costs and inaccurate estimates.

WHAT IS FULL-SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN?

There are no shortage of firms claiming to offer full service interior design. However, a lack of understanding for what “full service” really means (to clients) is what typically leads to inaccurate rates and fees. As soon as the client makes additional requests, costs pile on, and pretty soon the initial quote resembles little more than a deposit on work to be completed.

Calvert Design Studio on the other hand, offers true full service. The following list of deliverables includes everything you will need to execute your project:

Furthermore, we work hand-in-hand with top contracting and renovations companies to assess a project’s feasibility and technical requirements. We can also bridge the project from design to construction by bringing the builders to the table with the clients.. The above deliverables are factored into your consultation and subsequent quote. As a result, your “estimate” is a mirror of the actual amount invested. As mentioned - no unwelcome surprises.
