Executive Assistant/ Office Manager


A small, established, award winning & progressive Interior Design firm located in North Vancouver is seeking a Executive Assistant/Office Manager. 

Ideal individual must be:

-very organized
-multi-task oriented
-a quick thinker
-have attention to detail
-able to work in a small, fast pace office environment
-work well with others
-team oriented
-must be able to take direction
-self motivated
-strong book keeping skills (sage)
-complete knowledge of Microsoft Office
-past office experience a must, an Administrative degree would be asset.

Job entails the following duties:
-manage & keep organized the administrative side of the company
-proposal/contract writing
-project scheduling/forecasting
-preparing invoices- accounts receivable
-general office duties (answering phone, mailing, couriers, photocopies, scanning, e-mail, etc. . .) 
-processing accounts payable
-visa reconciliation
-sales reports (reconciliation of project billings on excel) 
-various letters & documents
-working with it person in keeping equipment running smooth\
-misc. help to interior designers (ie: internet sourcing, product ordering)
-admin assistant to principal designer
